What service options do you offer for medical cannabis card certifications?
Chronic Docs offers three options to meet your needs:
Full-Service Option ($53): This option includes the doctor visit, medical form, and upload assistance to the OMMA State Portal. It’s ideal if you prefer assistance with the online application process, and our team will handle all submissions for you.
Doctor-Only Option ($28): This covers only the doctor visit and medical form, for those comfortable uploading their own information to the state portal.
In-Person Assistance: If you prefer face-to-face help, we offer in-person assistance at our NW 16th and Meridian Office (4522 NW 16th and Meridian) Monday through Friday, 3 pm to 5 pm. We’ll take your photos, manage the upload process, and complete the application for you.
What documents do I need to provide for the Full-Service or In-Person Assistance options?
You'll need to upload or bring:
• A passport-style photo (shoulders up, white background),
• A photo of your state ID or driver’s license,
• If applicable, a picture of your SoonerCare or Medicare card.
Once we have these, our team will handle the rest!
How long does it take to complete the certification process?
After your doctor visit, we’ll process and upload your application within 24-48 hours.
Why choose the Full-Service or In-Person Assistance options?
Both options reduce the chance of errors or rejections on the state portal. Our team ensures all documents are accurately submitted, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.
Can I get help with renewals or pediatric medical cards?
Yes! We provide services for NEW cards, Renewals, and Pediatric 1st and 2nd doctor visits.
How do I get started?
You can get started by visiting www.chronicdocs.com . If it’s easier, we can also help you face to face at 4522 NW 16th OKC, OK 73127 Monday-Friday 3pm-5pm.
How long does it take to get my medical card?
Chronic Docs is just the doctor service we are not the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authorithy (OMMA). The OMMA is who processes your state application and issues the medical card.
Once you see the doctor, have your form then go to the state portal on your own or pay us to do the application online for you then you pay the OMMA your state Fee of $22.50 if you have Sooner Care or Medicare or $104.50 with no insurance.
Once your payment is made to OMMA for the state fee they process your application within 14 business days. You will get a email from the OMMA with your status. Once the OMMA approves you they will mail out your hard copy of your medical card.
